I supported an internationally recognised destination management company looking for major revenue growth following the COVID-19 pandemic. I designed a new organisational structure and financial model that supported their long-term strategic objectives, redesigned internal processes, and eliminated complexity and non-value-added activities to help the company become more effective and efficient. Profits grew by 3% in one quarter.
