CREATING A DISRUPTIVE GROWTH STRATEGY

Companies need more than cookie cutter strategies to succeed in today’s business landscape. That’s why I use a unique combination of data and behavioural insights to help you develop and deliver a powerful strategy that drives business growth today and in the future.

 

I helped a behaviour change consultancy double its revenue in only 18 months. By using detailed data on past performance, we were able to optimise the existing business model and deliver some much-needed “quick wins” by removing a poorly performing revenue stream and reallocating resources to more successful areas of the organisation. We then identified new opportunities which would drive long-term growth for the company and helped the client define an entry strategy for those areas.

With a clear growth strategy in place, I supported the CEO to design new processes and define performance metrics to ensure the strategy was translated into action and that progress could be tracked effectively and efficiently.

I partner with clients to maximise the success of their M&A activity - from determining their M&A strategy and performing due diligence on the transaction to managing the integration process from start to finish.

 

I supported a global insurance broker to unlock growth potential with a highly calibrated acquisition strategy. I collaborated with the CEO to assess the transactions, determine what the shareholders were willing to support and identify sources of growth potential and long-term value.

The board allocated the required capital and I then helped the client to ensure the deal was executed efficiently and effectively. Working alongside the CEO and senior leadership team, I developed a programme bespoke to each team member to teach them the foundational management and leadership skills necessary to drive the business forwards, covering critical areas such as strategy, problem solving and communication.

My confidential and personalised coaching covers all elements of the role from strategic planning and organisational alignment to stakeholder relationships and managing one’s own time and energy.

 

Over the past 18 months, I’ve provided mentorship and thought partnership to the CEO of one of the UK’s leading startup marketing agencies. I’ve supported this high-performing CEO with setting the strategy, leading her team, and operating effectively. I put the strategic priorities of the business at the centre to help companies design a more powerful operating model - a structure that delivers faster growth, processes that unlock greater results and people that are empowered to make better decisions.

 

I supported an internationally recognised destination management company looking for major revenue growth following the COVID-19 pandemic. I designed a new organisational structure and financial model that supported their long-term strategic objectives, redesigned internal processes, and eliminated complexity and non-value-added activities to help the company become more effective and efficient. I help businesses improve their productivity and performance across front- and back-office operations. I show clients how to realign resources for maximum potential, leverage systems to automate processes and design future-proof operations that allow organisations to scale quickly (without breaking anything!).

 

I worked with one of Hong Kong’s leading healthcare service providers to transform their customer experience across traditional and digital touchpoints throughout the customer journey. By designing and implementing a suite of new systems delivering automation and better analytics, we were able to unlock additional value in an organisation where customer care sits at the heart of the business. This lead to an increase in customer satisfaction, cost savings and an improvement in productivity; positively impacting not just the bottom line but turnover too.
